Disappointed in how the workers treat our property. We put a traffic come in front of our dumpster to keep our customers from blocking it TO HELP Pellitteri out so nobody blocks the dumpster. One occasion they literally ran over the cone and just this morning a worker got out of the truck and kicked it like a football, we caught it on camera this time. Extremely unprofessional. That’s the kind of service we get? Very disappointing. Edited 1/8/24 ****Owner was contacted and assured us that this is not their standard of business. I feel that they took our concern seriously and will do what is needed.***

Recently one of the Pelliterri trucks damage our mailbox. I called Pelliterri but I wasn’t expecting much. They indicated that they had cameras and they will check the camera and they indeed were back in contact with me within two hours indicating that one of the trucks had damaged my mailbox. I was shocked it was so fast and so transparent !!!! I was shortly contacted there after by Corey McGriff who indicated to me that they would indeed be paying for my new mailbox. Corey was professional, kind, and so efficient. I was shocked and completely impressed by their transparency and the quickness of resolution. I appreciate Corey and Pellitteri Way to go !!! PRISTINE customer service.

Honestly it’s a shame I can’t rate 0/5 stars. This company is ridiculous. If you can avoid their residential services I suggest you do everything possible to avoid them. Residential bins $60+ for garbage, $60 for recycling. They will deliver the bins to your house and then never pick up your garbage. Its been a month, I call every week to figure out why they can’t pickup the garbage and every week it’s a different excuse. Last week their driver couldn’t service because “the alleys were blocked”…. Yet the construction deliveries and dumpster pickups had no issues. When I called they said to leave extra bags on the ground next to the bins, the driver would get them because service was skipped last week. This week I watched them go through my neighborhood… pick up the bins, leave all the bags on the ground, and drive away AND THEY SKIPPED MY HOUSE AGAIN. Every time I call they say “we’ll call someone and figure out what’s wrong and call you back”. They have never called back. Their recommendation is to take your bin to the dump yourself and pay $30 or whatever to drop off your own garbage or wait another week until they come pick it up next week (spoiler alert: THEY WON’T). Is this a joke? 0/10 customer service, I cannot recommend strongly enough to avoid them. I’m out of options on who I can complain to, I’m just stuck paying for services I don’t receive, oh, and I’m out $120 for the bins. Edit: added pictures of the “blocked alley”

LAZY and incompetent. We just watched them not pickup all the branches left neatly and scheduled for pickup this morning. They left a huge mess of branches all over the road, driveway, and lawn. That was a requested removal and they made a huge mess. They have RAKES to clean that stuff up but they don't bother. This has happened a number of times since we moved here a decade ago. I've had to go outside and stop their trucks from driving away, just to make them come back to finish the job. I'm disgusted at how it takes basically witnesses and people taking video for them to do their job. I've had to call them to come back because when they picked up leaves - that they DEMAND be in bags - they opened up all the bags and left them in our yard, in our neighbors yard, and the wind picked them up and they got caught in bushes and trees. Every single week, Pellitteri leaves a mess. Last week, they left half of our garbage on our lawn. Every single week, their recycling trucks are so careless they don't properly dump recyling bins into their truck - they go so fast that before the bins are emptied, their mechanical arm dumps the bin and garbage flies out. As a result, there's recycling waste on everyone's lawns, on the street, everywhere they go. It makes our entire neighborhood trashy, literally. Pellitteri - you should be ashamed of yourselves. You're an embarrassment of a business, and you only get away with it because there is no competition for your services where I live. I'm sure you will respond HERE and be like "We're so sorry you weren't satisfied" GIVE ME A BREAK. Don't reply here. Teach your staff to have some integrity. The way you run your business, they are the trashiest part of it.
